  As a Spire Elite member of this hotel chain I was sadly disappointed by my recent visit. The person at the front desk did not recognize my status when I arrived. I was given a first floor room right next to a maintenance room. I informed the person that my profile states no first floor rooms. She told me the hotel was booked full and I couldn't move. Apparently the eight cars in the parking lot must have carried 20 people each. The room was clean, but very loud as in the morning cleaning staff were in and out of the adjacent room. That night I asked for a wake up call and was told the system was not working right now but if I came back in a couple hours it would be up. It was 10pm and needed to go to sleep not wait 2 hours...the person wouldn't even write down my room number and wake up time because they said they just couldn't do it at that time! I suggest the Holiday Inn, right down the road next time.
