  Want to thank you for our beautiful new kitchen. Never mind that we had to send back our original refridgerator because it would'nt fit in the space you left us. Oh, and when I mentioned that the hardware, handles were crooked and you stated " it was an illusion, due to the wood grain" and I have a (no scratch that) my husband, daughter and I all have a psychosis and look for things that are wrong. When I mentioned the old " customer is always right" and you replied "but you don't know what you are talking about" Also, it only took 2 months for the first cabinet door to fall off the hinges. The screws you use are a little short and couldn't hold the weight. I've made my complaint with better business bureau but you failed to reply. Other than that I couldn't be happier, since the floor guy had to come back out and refinish the oak floor after you left, and our plummer got some work out of your handmanship also. Forgot to lock the garbage disposal in place, which leaked the first time I used it, and the pipes downstairs that you installed, were installed with an upwords slant. Water runs upwords? Thanks again I give this company a 2 star rating.

  This place is terrible! don't waste your time, effort, money, or sanity! They've sucked for years, I can't believe they're still in business!
